Polonez Beef Coil Soujouk Spicy (Dana Acili Kangal Isil Islem Sucuk) 200g

It is a classic Polonez flavor which is produced by filling with fermented natural sheaths and prepared with Polonez formula, which is a traditional flavor in delicatessen meat products. At the end of the fermentation process, heat treatment is applied and fermentation is terminated. This type of soujuk, which contains up to 50% moisture and 35% fat, is called Heat Treated Soujuk.

Ingredients: Beef and beef fat, salt, Spice mixture, garlic, stabilizer (sodium poliphospate),  antioxidant (ascorbic acid) preservative (sodium nitrate).
